Founded by Roger Halliday R.H.A.D. F.S.H.A.A. in 1996, County Hearing Aid Services provides a comprehensive service for the hard of hearing in Essex.

Although our main Hearing Centre is in Crown Street Brentwood we also have a satellite branch at Duffield & Duffield Opticians in South Woodham Ferrers established in 2006. This enables us to provide a comprehensive service to the east of the County, especially the CM3 postcode.

Roger Halliday

Roger decided to make audiology his career as his Mother’s hereditary hearing loss had been dramatically improved after a private consultation and successful fitting of hearing aids. It literally changed her life. Roger, whose background was in engineering thought that it would be the most rewarding profession he could train for.

Improving people’s quality of life is absolutely the best feeling.

Yvonne Hills

Yvonne Hills joined County Hearing Aids in 2003 as Practice Manager. Yvonne’s friendly approach and empathy with the hearing impaired has won her many fans over the years and she has become an integral part of County Hearing Aids.

Having recently moved to Brentwood from the Rotherham area Rosemary’s knowledge is second to none regarding wax extraction/removal, ear care, diagnosis and treatments of ear related complaints, for example infections, eczema etc. Rosemary & Don will be happy to see patients at our Brentwood Centre or in the comfort of your own home.
