We are pleased to announce that we are now stockists of Alpine Earplugs. Available for 5 different applications.
Sleepsoft, Flyfit, Worksafe, Swimsafe & Partyplug. Thery are all reusable and washable. We have a lot of information available, a bit too much to list on a Latest News page but if you want the techincal details please contact us.
To keep things simple they are all the same price, £13.99 per pair inc VAT. They come in a convenient hard case and an ‘insertion tool’ to make fitting easier.

Phonak have just launched two new products to complete thier SPICE range. The Cassia (standard) and Solana (advanced) are available along side thier flagship product , the Ambra.
Personally the most exiting news it the launch of the Phonak Cros & Bicros aids. For the first time we have advanced digital products that can fit either in or behind the ear that can deliver sound from the ‘dead’ ear to the good ear without wires or the need to wear spectacles or large hearing systems. These are going to be very popular for clients with a one sided hearing loss.

As 2011 draws to a close it gives me a chance to refect back at the last 12 months and what a 12 months it’s been!
With all the doom and gloom, financial constraints and general money concerns I am amazed at the level of investment and commitment of the hearing aid manufacturers. We have seen so many inovations from Phonak, Widex, Oticon etc.
all aiming to improve the lifes of the hard of hearing. The good news is prices appear to have leveled off and so the latest technology is even more affordable.
